How do I change the colors on my Sony Vaio?

I recently purchased a Sony Vaoi (I'm unsure of the actual type, but there is a sticker on it that says it's an E Series Laptop - if that helps). It seems that the colors are off just a bit. When I go onto websites the greens are almost like a darker yellow, the reds are almost pink, etc. How do I even these colors out, make them look "normal"? I checked in the control panel, but I'm assuming I'm looking in the wrong place. Help please?

Im not to sure you can change anything but the brightness, but I do not have a Sony so I could be wrong. Happy findings.
